Area of Specialization: Social Psychology
Focusing on organizational psychology, team dynamics, diversity & inclusion, and computational social science.
I am studying how diversity in social identities influences team dynamics, collaboration, and decision-making. My research focuses on generational and gender-based biases and their impact on inclusion and performance in diverse teams, and I also work with computational social science methods. More broadly, I aim to develop evidence-based strategies that help organizations make better use of diversity and support more effective collaboration.
Before graduate school, I worked as a Learning and Development specialist and contributed to DEI initiatives in a multinational energy company, experiences that shaped my interest in connecting research with practice. Outside of my academic work, I enjoy playing tennis and exploring new cultures and cities.
