Welcome to Psychology

Whether you're exploring psychology for the first time or have recently declared the major, we're excited that you're interested in joining our community. 

Psychology is the scientific study of how people think, feel, and behave. At Lehigh, you'll learn from dedicated faculty, develop strong research and analytical skills, and have opportunities to engage in research, internships, student organizations, and other experiences that prepare you for a wide range of careers and graduate study.

Declaring the Major

Students interested in majoring in psychology should submit the Major Declaration Form. After declaring the major, you'll be assigned a psychology faculty advisor who can help you plan your coursework and explore opportunities within the department.
